The Feast at Lele Menu Executive Chef Adrian Aina Presents a Celebration of Polynesian Cuisine. Lele is the ancient name for Lahaina, and this is the beach where the royal
family of Maui would feast and entertain. Summon your spirit of adventure as
we take you on a musical and culinary journey to Hawai`i, Aotearoa, Tahiti and Samoa.

Share the aloha in a journey through Polynesia. Featuring a sit-down dinner
of five epicurean courses from the Pacific island nations of Aotearoa, Tahiti,
Samoa, and Hawai i. The Feast at Lele is a royal tour of the cuisine of Polynesia,
sharing the spotlight with music and dance from four exotic Pacific islands.

Rekindle romance in a spectacular setting where every table is intimate
and offers a panoramic view of West Maui sunsets. Lele is the ancient name
for Lahaina, and this is the beach where the royal family of Maui would
feast and entertain.

Traditional Polynesian Staples
Banana & Sweet Potato Chips served w/a Tropical Ginger & Ogo Seaweed Salsa.

First Course from Hawaii
Kalua Pua’a – Prepared in a traditional cooking style, slow-roasted in an imu – underground oven. Served w/ Pohole Fern Shoots.
Lomi Lomi Salmon & Kalo Puree – Sous vide cooked Salmon w/ pickled onions, green onions, island tomato & Hawaiian black sea salt
Third Hawaii menu item - Chef’s special creation, specials change daily.

Second Course from Aotearoa-New Zealand
Miti Hangi – 5 hour island scented braised short ribs in a kiwi fruit soy jus.
Harore Kumara – Medley of stewed mushrooms over baked orange & purple sweet potato.
Third Aotearoa menu item – Chef’s special creation, specials change daily.

Third Course from Tahiti
Moa – Grilled mango ginger chicken w/ a Tahitian vanilla aioli & mango relish.
E-iaota (Poisson Cru) – Fresh island diced fish & vegetable marinated in coconut milk & lime juice.
Third Tahiti menu item – Chef’s special creation, specials change daily.

Fourth Course from Samoa
Palusami – Braised coconut cream corned beef w/ baked ulu wrapped in young taro leaf.
I’a – Freshly seared island fish served w/ a locally grown lime leaf sauce.
Third Samoa menu item – Chef’s special creation, specials change daily.

Fifth Course Desserts
Hibiscus Velvet Cake, Chocolate flourless cake, Haupia whipped cream, Coconut mac nut caramel, Island fresh fruit garnish & Mango sauce.
